• Introduced a corporate governance structure in a business group encompassing three business units across two continents and five countries with 2.200 persons.
● Re-engineering the way of working at a large 1200+ person pharmaceutical manufacturing location with sterile, orals, topicals, and chemical active ingredient production after USA FDA issued a 483 warning.
