Taking strategy projects as an independent consultant with a focus on digital health and data-driven transformation

As a Strategy Manager at Accenture, I was promoted within one year and led strategy projects in digital health and data-driven transformation. I managed cross-functional teams to design patient-centered solutions that improved treatment adherence, reduced costs, and secured over $2M in follow-up engagements. I spearheaded the implementation of a genAI sales optimization tool, aligning clinical, technical, and business objectives across 40+ stakeholders and establishing ROI-driven KPI frameworks. Additionally, I developed competitive response strategies for blockbuster products, facilitated workshops to enhance market positioning, and drove $3M+ in new revenue through business development efforts.

Started as a consultant as first position outside of academia, quickly promoted. Worked on strategy projects like due diligence for M&A, market entry strategy, growth strategy, sales teams training, HEOR informing strategy. Led teams of data scientists and junior consultants, handled all client communications and project timelines
