Define critical success factors; establish and manage the project warranty period

Plan, organize, direct, and control member engagement and care and service experience across all operational departments within the Medical Group. Partner with Physician leaders, Medical Group and Health plan operations, and others, to ensure ease of access and high quality, affordable care with a high degree of patient satisfaction

Lead planning of end to end key strategic and operational initiatives to drive execution of commercial and Medicare member care and service experience

Collaborate with executive sponsors, business owners and other key stakeholders to lead the planning and execution of complex, strategic programs or multiple strategic projects of high complexity for Kaiser Permanente's Georgia Region

Manage up to $2M return on investment initiatives and facilitate active engagement of 5 or more VPs/AMDs as well as the Health Plan President and Executive Medical Director

Manage client engagements for health systems within the Advisory Solutions practice

Assess health system trends to develop action plans and make recommendations aligned with industry best practice standards

Work collaboratively with health system leaders and clinicians to establish a best practice environment in order to increase patient satisfaction, improve quality of care practices, promote organizational sustainability, and yield financial strength

Exercised leadership on multiple complex projects focused on health care and health plan operations which included operational performance, quality improvement, strategy, workforce management, and transformation
