The Company’s Climate Solutions sector includes leading HVAC brands such as Trane Commercial Systems, Thermo King, and American Standard while its Industrial Technologies sector includes brands such as Ingersoll Rand Compressed Air Technology Solutions, ARO and Club Car. In February 2020, Ingersoll Rand completed a reverse morris trust transaction with Gardner Denver and is now represented by 2 separate public S&P 500 companies: Ingersoll Rand & Trane Technologies.

Senior team member of the executive leadership team that drove the turnaround / transformation of the company from facing a liquidity crisis in 2012 to becoming a stabilized and growing business (with significant EBITDA growth over the investment period).
