- Defined requirements for a centralized knowledge management tool to streamline day-to-day operations and internal decision-making

Researched & designed the creation process for diagnostic dashboard tools for a 46,000 student public school district.
-Surveyed principals, teachers and district administrators to determine key metrics and leading indicators (KPIs) to assess school and teacher performance and created guidelines for the development and implementation of additional on-line dashboard tools

Project: Performed quality assurance for a custom mobile technology developed for the United States Postal Service
- Created and executed over 100 test scripts to uncover, identify and document software problems and their causes
- Led a 15-person team which assessed employee engagement at 11 USPS processing and distribution centers across the U.S. making process recommendations to key USPS executives and stakeholders
