• Deployed VMware SRM (Site Recovery Manager) for data center disaster recovery use which was tested and deemed 100% successful.

• Successfully P2V'd hundreds of servers (migrated physical to virtual) without any unplanned business impact.

• Primary responsibilities were Medavie's virtual infrastructure (56 hosts and 550 guests), as well as all server hardware and operating systems (mostly HP ProLiant BL / DL series hardware running ESX 3.x 4.x, Windows Server 2003/2008, and Red Hat EL 4/5 connected to EVA SANs).
• Leveraged various tools to automate common tasks such as deployment, patching and system management.
