While at Genpact I lead an asset finance delivery practice in the US and globally. The team focused on platform selection for originations and servicing platforms as well as the implementation and enhancement of these platforms. We supported multiple vendors like Oracle, IDS, Odessa, Alfa, etc. I also worked as a solution architect to help find the right solution for asset finance providers.

Lead the Business Intelligence work stream for the Payroll Software implementation and rollout. Primary responsibility was to manage the requirements and delivery of data and reporting for stores.

At IDS I held roles ranging from a conversion analyst to an engagement manager, all within the Professional Services organization. I started out managing system to system conversions into InfoLease. From there I went on to lead implementations of both front end (Rapport) and servicing systems implementations. As part of the implementations I worked on all parts of a project configuration, integrations, requirements documentation, testing and project management.
