I lead the development and execution of the Company’s marketing efforts, including product marketing, branding, and community relations. I am responsible for executing go-to-market strategies for new product/feature launches, executing segment marketing strategies, and enabling our business development team with marketing assets and collateral. Key goals include driving new product adoption rates and increasing stakeholder engagement to drive conversion and retention rates.

Oversaw research on sustainability, trade, gender equity and women in STEM for strategy on corporate-wide CSR commitments. Collaborated with internal team and partner organizations to promote initiatives including drafting press materials, developing a social media strategy, and creative content.
Executed L'Oréal USA's "For Women in Science" corporate philanthropy initiative including fellowship week events: Congressional reception, school mentoring activities, and Awards Ceremony.

Organized large-territory voter registration and turnout for Hillary for America and NC state Democratic candidates. Built and deployed a volunteer base of 75+, executing comprehensive GOTV strategies, phone banks, and canvasses. Registered 8,000+ voters and increased early voting pollers by 15%. Managed and executed principal events including Souls to the Polls and Get Out the Vote Youth March with local organizations
