• Lead the standup of all core financial applications in SAP following the spinoff of EIS by GPC, the prior parent company.
• SAP general ledger, accounts payable and receivables, banking all migrated from Peoplesoft to SAP.
• Implement new SAP pricing model based on recommendations from pricing optimization consultants.

• Advisory services related to federal government contract management using the Dassian SAP add-on solution.

• Overall responsibility of developing and maintaining the end to end Solution Architecture for the entire ERP program by leveraging the SAP product suite, leading and managing functional and technical SAP experts with a focus on operational support, including the overall resource management of SAP modules including FI, CO, PP, MM, SD, PS, QM and SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP).
