After, Inc. was spun-off from Fulcrum Analytics, Inc. in 2015. Negotiated contracts and kept the company abreast of emerging industry and data protection regulations. Served as Exec Sponsor for manufacturing accounts, including oversight of account management and delivery of data-driven extended warranty marketing programs and ongoing loss-cost financial analyses. Increased channel partner network by 100% for a client's extended warranty program by leading operational global rollout. Established business operations in the UK to facilitate ease of doing business under GDPR.

I oversaw all legal, admin, and market research functions within Fulcrum Analytics and, concurrently, for its spin-off, After, Inc. Through the oversight of legal, Board, and corporate document exchange and execution necessary for due diligence and closing, I was instrumental in the sale of Fulcrum’s spin-off, After, Inc. yielding 10X+ for investors.

As the SVP of Operations, my job in this role was to make sure the Fulcrum organization functioned efficiently and effectively. In this role I had direct oversight of Analytics, Research, Client Services, Technology, Security, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Administration.
