I manage a program that develops and delivers curative therapy options to patients with sickle cell disease and beta-thalassemia. As part of my role, I manage hiring of new staff, external partnerships and relationships, and financial reporting.

I partnered with innovative internal programs to accelerate their growth and commercialization plans. I specifically designed and began implementation of CHOP's cell and gene therapy strategy, anticipated to make the hospital a premier destination for cell and gene therapy.

Worked on teams of 3-10 to provide solutions to organizations' most challenging problems. Significant experience in conducting primary and secondary research, developing strategic plans, modeling operational and financial strategies, and facilitating change. I worked predominantly in the pharmaceutical and financial services space, with additional experience working with non-profits, retail companies, and private equity funds.
