•Conducted due diligence on $100MM+ EBITDA target and created a post-acquisition go-to-market plan that was designed to result in an incremental $70MM/year to EBITDA within 5 years. Through the design of a bespoke capital structure and leveraging network, was able to secure pledge from leading financial sponsor to place over $650MM in capital into the transaction via a bespoke capital structure Revenue optimization and go-to-market implementation for leading paper distribution company
•Designed and implemented a greenfield recycling trading operation; executed plan that allowed client to become one of the largest suppliers of recovered paper to a $21B paper manufacturing company and export tradin
