Selected to lead Supply Chain rebranding effort for HPE Servers. Solved complex project deliverables, such as identifying rebranding prioritization scope for HPE Servers. Formed cross functional sub team of over 50 people. Partnered with HPE employees across the Server business unit to identify and deliver on rebranding goals.

Collaborated with NPI, Supply Chain, and R&D to introduce new products to 13 world-wide manufacturing facilities. Solved major product quality issues. Engaged with Test Engineering, Reliability Engineering, R&D and factory process Engineering for issue resolution.

Lead and directed all mechanical and system design initiatives including collector, frame and actuator design, 3D modeling and simulations, flow and thermal analyses.
