As Principal Consultant, I worked with several divisions and teams across Centene Corporation.

- Partnered with senior leadership to create a collaborative, team-centric culture
- Trained and leadership, product management, and delivery teams on the Product Delivery Life Cycle, from Product Strategy and Roadmaps, through quarterly planning, to team-level processes.
- Led the organizational transformation for the Identity & Access Management department, from the creation of a vision, core capabilities, cross-functional delivery teams, and a sustainable, effective feature-flow cadence and process.

Strategic advisor to Technology leadership: I led the initial software development kick-off for an Enterprise Workflow Optimization tool. I structured and trained development teams, facilitated the first Release Planning event, led the continuous process improvement function and escalated/resolved program impediments to and with senior leadership. Despite lack of product management function and production environment, the delivery teams were able to lay the foundation for the multi-million dollar effort, from both a product and process perspective.

As Principal Leadership Consultant and Site Lead, I shepherded the organizational transformation for a 500-person Core Technology division. I worked with executive and senior leadership to build and execute a comprehensive Transformation Roadmap and Leadership/Enablement backlog. We successfully converted five silo organizations into 25 cross-functional, independent teams. Our efforts resulted in a 150% time reduction in moving to the Cloud, significantly improving time-to-market, Business-Technology relationships, and a collaborative culture.
