Manage the general operations and oversee the expansion of SCI Royal Estate, a real-estate management company located in Yaoundé, Republic of Cameroon. Duties include leading operations teams, brand development, strategic planning, and new business/product development. SCI Real Estate works in property development, upscale hospitality, and providing digital solutions for the real-estate vertical.

Oversaw purchasing and inventory-management processes for hardline product categories, representing more than $150M in
annual revenue, as well as all processes related to monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews. Developed and executed demand, inventory-management, and financial plans while managing replenishment to distribution centers and product allocation to retail stores.
