• Lunch and Learn Continuous Improvement Training: Ran over 50 lunch time seminars to introduce Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies over a 3-year period in which over 2500 attended. Employees were motivated to continue their training leading to a 35% increase in Green Belt signups.
• Meeting Reduction and Optimization: Project lead for a major initiative to reduce the length and improve the productivity of meetings. The project reduced 7,000 workdays per year in meeting attendance. 700 employees attended the training which received an overwhelming positive response.
• Engineering Change Notice Optimization: Led a project across all 40+ business units to reduce the time product engineers spent doing low-level ECO processing. Recommendations were accepted leading to outs
