• Built a comprehensive impact measurement framework aligned to best practices, resulting in new enterprise capacity to track and measure sustainability and ESG performance. Developed theories of change, logic models, double materiality assessments, indicators, practice guides on embodied & operating carbon, waste, materials harm, and climate risk management that embedded sustainability objectives into firm's operations.
• Designed, managed, and executed overall strategy for collection, analysis, quality assurance and reporting of ESG data, which saved business $75K in outsourcing costs and reduced time to insights and reporting by 10x.
• Developed data taxonomies, models, visualizations, dashboards, KPIs; calculated/compiled data such as GHG emissions across Scope 1,2,3, which enabled TAS to report & benchmark its performance across real estate assets and meet disclosure require

Redevelop Ontario Place into a modern world-class tourist destination, in collaboration with private and public sector partners: City of Toronto, Infrastructure Ontario, Metrolinx, Live Nation, Écorécréo, Therme.
• Led economic benefit/impact analysis on the construction and operations of a redeveloped Ontario Place. Saved up to $300K in outsourcing costs and helped close a $525M multi-partner capital investment deal.
• Produced project deliverables including financial/regulatory/environmental assessments workplans, and terms of reference that advanced 1 1 workstreams among multi-disciplinary teams across 6 organizations.
• Developed options to manage risks by consulting key stakeholders and assessing trade-offs. Coordinated working groups and policy development leading to Treasury Board/Cabinet approvals, an executed City Province collaboration agreement, and approach to complex real estate transactions.

• Led program evaluations, strategic planning & operational reviews to modernize start-up and commercialization services across network of 123 partners in Ontario's innovation ecosystem.
• Improved design and value-for-money of 5+ business support programs. Led development of a $28.5M clean technology-focused business accelerator funding program aligned with Ontario's Climate Change Action Plan and Clean-Tech Strategy.
• Developed and executed a Memorandum of Understanding, new legislation, and governance changes resulting in enhanced oversight and rebranding of a major innovation partner organization in 10 months.
• Managed a $50M COVID-19 program's evaluation & reporting process. Coordinated 18 staff to review 9000+ proposals. Resulted in funding 54 organizations to support Ontario's economic recovery priorities.

Managed multi-sector social impact initiatives partnering with Vancity Credit Union, Vancouver Foundation, Simon Fraser University. Work recognized by a Premier's Award for Innovative Partnerships.
• Researched and incorporated social impact purchasing policy guidance into government procurement strategy and processes, influencing annual provincial spend of $6.6Bn on goods and services.
• Produced 5 thematic reports highlighting 341 initiatives in 1 1 areas that were published to different channels (print, web, digital media) and amplified public interest/awareness of social enterprises in BC.
• Organized a provincial social innovation summit that engaged over 200 stakeholders in cross-sectoral knowledge and capacity-building.
• Launched a BC Youth Social Innovation Awards competition that recognized 12 innovators aged 15-29.

• Performed novel mixed methods analysis on use of equity crowdfunding for financing entrepreneurship in the UK market, and its implications for investors, entrepreneurs, and financial regulators.

• Led diverse team of 7 on a 6-month consulting engagement. Developed recommendations and an operational Key Performance Indicators framework that enabled a multilateral financial organization to implement performance-based impact investing strategy of a $4 billion health portfolio in 100+ countries.
