I am one of the founders of the company and my role ranges from business development to hands-on data analysis and product management.

As a member of the 5-person executive team, I co-led the product for a 110-person company focused on advancing professionals’ careers with over 9 million jobseekers and 100,000 employers nationwide. I developed the roadmap and strategic vision for the company product while building the product and engineering teams, running the employer-focused scrum team, and leading employer user research.

I owned global conversion and customer growth, as well as international/localization efforts, including introduction of new site languages, currencies, and localized search and site content. I created and drove the global product strategy, including country and region-specific strategies. Day to day, I led teams made up of developers, designers and QA engineers and worked across departments to align goals and prioritize the product roadmap.

I led the quantitative user experience analysis for a next-generation product affecting hundreds of millions of users. I directly interacted with designers and engineers to implement new features and products, align project priorities and create a consistently great user experience. In addition, I influenced user experience decisions across organizational boundaries and researched user engagement to identify ways to grow the active user base.

I worked on a variety of projects throughout Europe involving extensive market research interviews and heavy client contact and took full responsibility for several project modules. I developed a marketing strategy for an African tourism board, defined the business strategy for a large cement producer entering a new market, and conducted due diligence for a potential Monitor Clipper Partners investment.
