Created SHIFTING, a project-planning and decision-making tool that helps individuals and teams translate their commitment to equity into daily action, and designed and virtually facilitated 5 orientation and practice workshops for members of our 13-person board, 87-person staff, and 213 AmeriCorps service members to help integrate the tool into the organizational culture to build a sense of collective accountability for our DEI commitments
