The Tanzania National Voucher Scheme was the largest malaria control program in sub-Saharan Africa, funded by the Global Fund and USAID (PMI). We established a nationwide Public-Private Partnership to distribute long-lasting nets (LLINs) through 4,500 clinics and 7,000 retailers. My role entailed donor relations, strategy and planning, staffing and HR development, finance, IT and monitoring and evaluation.
