As a global leader, Alpa was responsible for building the technology diligence & data analytics practice for Transaction Advisory Services. During her tenure, she built the practice to $2.6 million in revenue collaborating with Kroll's Transaction Opinion, Restructuring, Valuation, M&A and Forensics team. She has sold over 42 transactions varying from platform acquisitions, carve-outs, divestiture, integration and migration from pre close to post-close phase. As part of her data analytics practice, Alpa built a portfolio reporting platform for PE clients, designed databook automation for financial diligence, data analytics to support sell-side diligence and data intelligence to develop corporate and investment strategy.
