* Collaborated with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) to develop and implement an Online Complaint Monitoring System, the first of its kind in India, handling a volume of >100,000 complaints per year
* Developed and implemented a survey on municipal grievance handling from more than 2,500 citizens in Mumbai. The feedback was used by the municipal corporation to improve its services to Mumbai’s citizens
