• Supervised time-sensitive work streams in coordination with corporate functions as well as legal counsel to produce transaction memorandums and advisory presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors to drive decision management on transactions and strategic initiatives

• Developed and executed the GTS FX hedging program (hedging supplied $8MM of profits to GTS via derivatives)
