• Identified $7.7 Mn in projected health plan cost savings through execution of a hospitalization prevention program, driving 14 pp reduction in hospitalizations within first 30 days
• Uncovered $6.7 Mn projected additional revenue by using member engagement data to compose 'intervention basket' driving 10 pp increase in engagement rate
• Built new hospital discharge notification system, expanding engagement funnel by 10% and enabling 34k HEDIS opportunities
• Led partnerships function for new business, directing development of 100+ hospital and outpatient partnerships across three states in first 6 months, including development of proposals, marketing materials, MoUs, and BAAs
