Project Description
Project manage the execution of implementing label changes.
Lead the planning and implementation of labeling initiatives, including creation of project charters, implementation plans and business requirements, project delivery, and go-live and sustainment efforts.
Coordinate and track initiatives from start to completion; actively flag upcoming milestones to initiate leads and help them track initiative KPIs and success metrics.
Provide regular updates on overall workstream and initiative progress to key stakeholders.
Prepare materials for key internal meetings related to the labeling initiative.
Surface potential blockers and risks across initiatives with senior leaders; liaise across stakeholders on potential solutions and support initiative leads; execute solutions as need.
Program Responsibilities
Execution & Delivery of Samples Workstream:
Project manage the execution of the Samples Workstream Roadmap
Coordinate and track initiatives from start to completion; actively flag upcoming milestones to initiative leads and help them track initiative KPIs and success metrics
Provide regular updates on the overall workstream and initiative progress to key stakeholders
Prepare materials for key internal meetings related to the overall Samples Workstream
Surface potential blockers and risks across initiatives with senior leaders; liaise across stakeholders on potential solutions and support initiative leads execute solutions as needed
Assist with communications and people engagement plan across the overall Samples Workstream
Own & Deliver specific Samples initiatives:
Execute selected initiatives related to quick wins and management of development samples
Navigate stakeholders across the organization to determine solutions for these initiatives
Manage tracking, reporting and communications for these initiatives
Support & Project Manage other initiatives with detailed process redesign:
Support initiative leads in detailed solution design for their individual initiatives (and in particular designing key processes related to samples management and delivery)
Actively pressure test and validate the feasibility of proposed solutions for each initiative
Support design and execution of enrolment and training sessions on new processes and solutions
Assist the Supply Chain and Product teams prepare for vendor negotiations as needed
Required Skills:
8-10 years of relevant experience in project management, strategy, operations or other related field, preferably in a vertically integrated, global retail environment
Ability to lead and influence Product leadership, subject matter experts, business users and Technology
Have a deep understanding of the end-to-end retail apparel supply chain
