Seeking an individual with significant acquisition integration and carve out experience who can assist with enhancing, professionalizing and scaling our acquisition integration toolkit for use with our clients. Ideally we are seeking someone with experience at a big consulting firm like McKinsey, BCG, Bain (or similar) who comes with their own toolkit (e.g. integration plan template, checklists like Day 1, 30 Day, 90 Day, communication plan, issue log, synergy tracker, etc.). We would also like someone who can bring a template for a TSA to use for carve outs.

Our goal is to improve upon our current toolkit, enhancing it to improve depth/breadth, templatization and overall quality.
