I need assistance with a sell-side engagement for a multi-unit retailer. I am a registered investment banker and am affiliated with a much larger firm, but I do small deals (under $10 million Enterprise Value) through my firm. It is 100% imperative that you have experience selling a multi-unit retailer (at least 10 units). In addition, you must have experience researching potential buyers, creating Tear Sheets, CIM's, Management Presentations, and communicating with buyers when necessary.
Additional Notes
Analyst or Associate who has prepared marketing documents, managed data rooms, and has had basic communication with buyers for sell-side engagements. Must have multi-unit retail transaction experience About The Client
