Human Resources - Recruiting Process Design
Our client is looking to hire a contractor to help source, qualify and onboard new contractor talent to supplement their talent base for delivering client work.
Responsibilities:
- Identify contract hiring needs and define job descriptions
- Collaborate with Client Delivery Team to compile a consistent list of requirements
- Source suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, external talent partners, and professional network, etc.
- Conduct qualifying interviews and filter through applicants to fill open positions
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit position profiles and open positions
- Complete paperwork for new contract hires
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Monitor current temporary employee (TE) and independent contractor (IC) employment legislation and regulations and help educate others about ways we can enforce them within the company
- Provide contract recruitment and cost reports to managers and leadership
Requirements:
- Experience working with recruiting or recruiting for Strategy or Management Consultants
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews and evaluate talent against the prioritized skills and capabilities
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases; managing external partnerships with talent agencies
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
Based in New York, Chicago, or Atlanta
