Our client is on a mission to drive physician advocacy among the vascular segment. To achieve this mission, we developed a journey map to understand key moments that matter, physician motivations and opportunities to drive our clients’ goals and serve physician needs. Now, our client is taking the next step by ideating and planning customer experience ideas to execute within a portfolio.
Primary Activities:
-- Develop customer experience vision statement, objects, & physician needs associate w/ each focus area
-- Refining concept definitions
-- Developing high-level research plan
-- Leading interviews with physicians
-- Synthesizing key takeaways and insights
-- Building client-ready presentations
Skills Required:
-- Qualitative research knowledge
-- Experience in writing interview guides, conducting interviews, and facilitation
-- Understand how to build out KPI frameworks, business case modeling
**The project will focus on developing experiences for vascular surgeons who frequently use vascular grafts, endovascular and interventional devices, surgical meshes, sutures, and staple line reinforcement materials. This person will have teammates who know this category well, and while having healthcare, vascular, or surgical knowledge is not required in this candidate, we do want to make sure it’s not overly foreign to them either.**
There will be a 1-week long workshop in Huntington Beach, CA the week of March 15th.
