Build Model & Bank Package for Small Merger

A small financial investment advisory firm is re-forming and adding a new partner. I need a financial model to present P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow. This is a small transaction of several million dollars that will incorporate an approximate $1MM bank loan. Once the model is done I need it put together in a bank package. I envision the bank package to include (i) summary, (ii) short discussion of business model, (iii) introduction of key personnel, (iv) flowchart, (v) financial models (inc sources and uses) with debt covenant testing. The new company P&L will need to be transitioned from existing company and eliminate many "owner" type expenses.
