Build Out Investment Deck for a Portfolio Company in the Paint/Chemicals Industry

We are launching a direct-to-consumer Internet business in a major consumer product category that is poised for growth. In connection with this launch, we are raising capital from venture and/or family office investors into a newly formed subsidiary.

As a background, we have an established business selling through major retailers and funded by individual and institutional investors. We have hired investment bankers to execute the fundraising for the direct-to-consumer business.

We are looking for someone with capital raising and/or investment experience to build out our investment deck, partially from existing materials.
