Business Services Strategy Consultant for PE Firm Commercial Diligence

We are a growth-oriented private equity firm based in NYC working on a corporate carve out of a business services company. We are seeking a consultant to support our commercial due diligence efforts in the following areas:
Market: i) Size/segmentation of various geographies, ii) Key drivers, growth areas, evolving dynamics, threats, substitutes, etc.
Customers: i) Key customers and decision criteria, ii) How well is the Company meeting customer needs?, iii) Unmet needs or expected changes in customer behavior, iv) Customer’s switching costs among vendors
Competition: i) Major competitors and market share in Company’s core markets, ii) Basis of competition and barriers to entry, iii) Company’s relative strengths/weaknesses
Miscellaneous: i) Synergistic/M&A opportunities, ii) Key risks and areas for improvement
Project primary research including travel to key markets and interviews with company personnel, experts, competitors customers, etc. supplemented by secondary research.
