Business Strategy For FinTech Startup

4 week assignment, public company at a pivotal point, work to be in service to strategic next step in fundraising, partnership strategy, and business model.

I have been asked to be on board of advisors. Prior to joining, BOD has agreed that I would come on and lead a 4 week engagement to conduct discovery and provide a strategic proposal to pivot the company. Leadership, talent, and strategy of the company over the last 5 years has impacted performance to date; however fundamental value proposition of company remains a huge opportunity. Belief is that there is a 24 month window to recalibrate, execute a few acquisitions and deals to get the consumer flywheel moving. Investors have put in $45M to date, willing to invest more for right leadership and strategy and plan.. Company taken public in 2008 a downward market.

I'm looking for a top-tier strategy consultant with tech experience to support the project. Mostly remote, with 1-2 meetings in NY or CA.
