Business Technology Transformation Remediation – Business Process Improvement Support

We are looking for a consultant to help support a large pharmaceutical distribution company with improving customer experience through current and future state end-to-end process mapping, root cause analysis, and solution identification.

Day to Day Responsibilities Required from the Consultant
-Facilitate current and future state business process mapping sessions with business stakeholders
-Document process flows in Miro and Visio tools
-Identify process pain points and root causes
-Identify key process dependencies, hand-offs between stakeholders, and technology dependencies
-Facilitate solution brainstorming sessions to address root causes
-Work with clients to prioritize solutions and develop implementation plan and roadmap

Pre-Requisites:
- Experience with business process mapping for pharma distribution (for organizations like McKesson, Cardinal, AmerisourceBergen).
-Familiarity with supply chain processes like Order to Cash and technology to facilitate process (E.g. SAP).
-Familiarity with process mapping tools Miro and Visio.

- Familiarity with SAP or Salesforce would be great
-Group Facilitation
-7 to 9 years of experience
-If possible: pharma distribution experience
