Capital Raise Support for Take Private of Public Co

I am in the process of doing a “Take Private” of a public company in addition to recapitalizing the business. I need an experienced Financial Analyst to listen to the “Story” and then put together a highly polished story in the form of a “Pitch Book.” Once the pitch book is complete, I will need the Analyst to assist the potential investors in due diligence. This could include working with the attorney’s and special committee of the Board to get the transaction closed.
