CIM - Southwest Building Products Manufacturer

We seek a qualified professional to assist in the writing of a teaser and confidential information memorandum used to market our building products manufacturing client to prospective strategic buyers and private equity firms. This individual should be able to articulate a story with our support, and subsequently lead and own the document drafting. There will be a potential opportunity for follow-on work as this transaction requires other marketing materials, such as a management presentation.

To help aid in the writing of the marketing materials, this individual will be invited to visit the client for a due diligence visit over the next two weeks and be given templates to work from.

Former investment bankers who have deep deal execution backgrounds may be invited to shepherd this project through closing in a "vice-president role" once the marketing materials are complete.
