We have a growing company with a unique and specific product that drives organizational performance improvement and measurable sustainable gains for our clients where they direct us to focus our attention. Our product drives performance gains in the area of culture, strategy and daily execution and is often implemented across entire work groups ranging from 50-100 people all the way up to 10's of thousands of people. The initial work would be supporting our existing experts to deliver our product until we got comfortable with the persons ability to deliver our product on their own. Our clients are mainly in the Fortune 100.
Candidate must have client facing experience.
*This role is remote but will require occasional paid travel to client sites 2-3 times/month for 1-2 days
*The ideal candidate will convert to full-time after 3-4 months.
