Need an experienced marketing professional to do a competitive marketing audit. We'll want a quick assessment of 4-5 competitors in relation to the client company. We'll want to cover messaging, positioning, product modules, important features, PPC strategy, SEO positioning, demand generation strategies (where are they spending money to attract new clients), Social Media snapshot, content marketing strategy, etc.
By the end of it, we'll want to tell the client company how to position themselves to differentiate, and where they should place their marketing bets if they want to be in the hunt with their competitors.
