Contractual review in construction

-A large enterprise who is currently a subcontractor on a construction project supplying & erecting steel structures is looking for a consultant with expertise in contract management with a legal background.
-The consultant needs to have advanced knowledge and competence managing construction contracts, must have experience in the area of conflict resolution as it pertains to construction contracts, and has experience in the steel structure component of construction projects.
-The consultant will help them map out a strategy on how to address a one-sided agreement, take an in-depth look at all of the contractual documentation, and advise a response to the main contractor on the project.
-Preferably, the consultant has had experience dealing with construction projects in the Persian Gulf region.
