I am trying to update inputs for a pre-existing drug pipeline financial model. The most important drivers of the model are:
(1) Average time to market
(2) Rates of clinical attrition
(3) Estimated peak annual sales
It's been some time since these inputs have been updated, so I would like robust research into all 3 components. I am more interested in antibody and large molecule data than I am small molecule data, so to the extent that you can find data sets that bifurcate between large and small molecules, the better. However, I'm aware that this data isn't often cut this way and in any event combined large and small molecule data is still helpful. It goes without saying that it probably makes sense to spend some time understanding the difference between the two.
We have a fairly robust set of data for clinical attrition, last updated in 2015 with one additional report added in 2016 -- I will include those here in a ZIP file so you know what we already have.
