Development of Training Modules - Jyotsna Satpaul

-A boutique life sciences consulting firm is looking for a resource to help with the development of training modules for the medical affairs team of their client. These training modules will be used to educate the field team. The training modules are all developed on power point and part of the deliverable is developing the story, learning objectives, assessments, and images to go within the modules where appropriate.
-Looking for a consultant with a strong mixture of a scientific background and a background in training module development & scientific writing.
-Must also have very strong power point skills.
-The ideal consultant has had experience working with a scientific communications agency.
-The consultant must have experience building out training modules in the life sciences space from beginning to end and needs to have strong research skills. -Experience with modules for self study is ideal.
-Need to have the ability to get caught up on various diseases and write content well. The engagement will move quickly and they need deliverables on a tight timeline. This individual will need to work very autonomously and incorporate team & client edits into their work.
-They are looking for multiple resources and looking to assign them 1-2 training modules each.
