Finance & Accounting - Valuation
**This is for a full-time position with base compensation roughly outlined as above (this is not including the additional bonuses/benefits); but the client will also consider a year-long temp-to-hire scenario for the right candidate**

Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership by identifying and commenting on how consumer and marketplace trends affect our business, key categories, and planning.
- Build a deep understanding of key partners/licensees (profiles, financials, strategy, subscribers, usage, etc)
- Create revenue and growth strategy and plans for each line of business (digital, general licensing, TV, radio)
- Participate as part of negotiating team in discussions with licensees (as needed); provide strategic and analytical support in deal meetings (internal and external)
- Work closely with Chief Business Officer and other key company executives to shape strategy, direction, and financial goals
Additional Notes
- MBA
- 7+ years in consulting/IB/PE
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- SQL (or equivalent database Experience)
- Experience in the media-entertainment/music industry preferred
