Diversified Bank M&A Support

I'm looking for a FIG M&A banker (preferably with experience in the Caribbean and Central America) to deliver a full operating, valuation and transaction model for 1 diversified bank operating in a Caribbean island; inclusive of an excel model that conforms with a bulge bracket IB FIG template and presentation that supports the findings. Part of the engagement, I would be looking for the person to:
- Establish a framework for analyzing and interpreting financial data across the holding companies for the target firms
- Full operating model for each of the entities in their current state
- Valuation of each entity, leveraging the following valuation models: DDM, Residual Income, Discount Rate Calculation, Precednat Transaction, Comparable Transactions, and Regression Analysis
- Valutaion/Operating Model of what the business could be based on additional value created through specific scenarios
- recommendation of which target to move forward with
