Need a CPA or Chartered Accountant experienced in requirements for setting up for the ability to transact business in Canada. Currently, we are a US Florida Corporation with most staff working remotely in US. We have signed an agreement with a Canadian corporation which has just one individual. This individual will help us sell services contracts in Canada and will service some of the contracts but they will mostly be serviced virtually by our staff in the United States. Our team in the US may need to go onsite in the future once we get past Covid, so if our team working onsite causes us to need to register and pay taxes, we would need to know that as well as it may be an eventuality down the road.
