Due Diligence & Business Development - Strategy, Private Equity, and Deal Structuring for Public Acquisition Holding Company

Small public company platform planning to grow and through a series of acquisitions ranging from $20-50 million in deal size. Starting to build Corporate Development capability. Led by former Bain consulting partner and public equity investment executive. Platform development efforts will be driven by strong fundamental analysis, strategic rationale, demonstrated adjacencies, and executable synergies.

Need a resource who is hands on, can work independently and act as the deal quarterback. Required to be able to generate strategic and financial analysis, build an acquisition model, execute financing and consolidation analysis, and quantify synergies that will come with the platform. At the same time, the individual will need to be mature enough to engage with the sellers/ intermediaries and work closely with the management of the public company

Looking for at least 4-5 years of experience. Both private equity & consulting experience preferred.
