Excel Dashboard re Personnel Situations with Visualizations

We built an excel dashboard to track data surrounding personnel situations. There are opportunities to improve this tool for better reporting and trend analysis but we don’t have the bandwidth/expertise to do this ASAP. The current tracker was built with some sophisticated formulas but could use a refresh, simplification in some areas and more robust abilities in other areas.

Dashboard will include:
- Summary data page – includes a visual dashboard of trends (e.g., simple pie charts, bar charts)
? Timing of Issues
? Types of "common" Issues (e.g., professionalism vs. performance vs. certification)
? Tenure of school leader and employee
? Open vs. closed issues
? Diversity
? Outcome
? Risk Level
- Summary data page by region – includes a visual dashboard of all regional data trends (e.g., pages for each region) to be routinely and easily accessed by leadership
? Would highlight specific schools
- Raw data input pages to feed summary pages
