Experienced Investment Banking Support Needed

I am looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience working for a regional or larger investment banking firm as an analyst or associate. Candidate must have experiencing working on private equity capital and/or M&A sell side transactions, preferably in more than one industry. Should have experience collecting and organizing due diligence materials and data rooms, building financial models by month, by product or service, etc, and preparing management presentations in Powerpoint. Healthcare industry experience will help.

This will be project by project and other support work but would hopefully continue for numerous projects. It should require about ten to twenty hours of work per week. This will be serious transaction related work and candidate can not have other committments potentially preventing him or her from being available consistently and reliably
