Expert to Build Microsoft BI Dashboards for Contracts Intelligence Platform

I am looking for someone to help me build a series of dashboards in Power BI that will present a pre-defined set of insights-driven by structured data extracted from commercial contracts. We have a defined, standard data model with a couple of hundred fields, a menu of insights that can be derived from that data, and a data set that we’ve extracted from a couple of hundred executed contracts that we will be using for this project.

Main Objectives:
- Build Microsoft BI dashboards that interrogate our standard data model and display pre-defined insights

- Have multiple levels of aggregation/disaggregation so users can get both the big picture across a set of contracts as well as granular detail on individual contracts

- Give users the ability to further refine views using filters

- Provide some real thought leadership in really digging into the data to extract insights, figure out where a bit of additional data might unlock more insights, etc.

**I’m not looking for someone who is just familiar with Power BI and can load it. I want a talented data analyst who understands how to interrogate data and present information and can bring it to life in Power BI.
