Factoring and MCA Lending - Market Research Project/Report

Lateral Investment Management is seeking a consultant, market researcher, industry analyst, or operator/executive to perform industry analysis on the North American Factoring and MCA Lending market. The individual will be tasked with researching market dynamics, market share of major players, total addressable market size, precedent transactions, demand drivers, competitive landscape, product offerings, value chain/ecosystem, and industry/technology trends. The individual will also be asked to evaluate a specific company’s place within the larger market based on size, underwriting criteria, and price. The project will culminate in the presentation of a 10-20 page report synthesizing findings and providing supporting data.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience and have familiarity / experience with the factoring and MCA markets. Strategy consulting experience (eg, Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or comparable) is strongly preferred.
