Current project is support for a fairness opinion, which may included validating cost of capital assumption along with preparing a set Power Point slides. Investment banking analyst/associate skill set. Potential ongoing work on both client engagements (valuation modeling and comparables, analytical spreadsheets and charts and graphs, industry research, etc.) and business development projects (pitch books, M&A newsletters, etc.). Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Capital IQ a plus.
Additional Notes
Expert modeling and Power Point skills. Valuation experience with public company/M&A comps and DCF including cost of capital. Capital IQ or similar data base experience. Excellent communications. Preferred Skills and Certifications
